White Patches on Regal - Need diagnosis and plan

I dont believe its ich - seems to be too big of spots for that. Maybe lymphocystis? Seems like a lot of spots for lympho though. So thoughts and treatment plan?

Really? Anytime I have ever seen ich it looks like salt patches on the fish. The white spots on the regal appear much bigger than salt.

Maybe im just in denial! Would like to get a couple more people confirming though before starting a potentially unnecessary treatment.

This is day one in QT btw. I still wanted to treat with prazipro and a gram negative bacteria treatment (since this seems to be common with angels).
