White puffy dot on clown (w/ pic)

I noticed a little white puffy dot on my clown's fin. It doesn't look like ich, and I'm having a hard time finding out what it may be. He's acting and eating normal. The FAQ section of this forum brings me to a dead link and I don't want to wait much longer before I treat him. I've attached the best picture I could take, but if anyone has any idea of what it is and any suggestions, I'd love to hear!

That's what's strange to me - he looks completely normal otherwise. I've seen velvet before, so I don't think that's it. I'm not too sure, as I'm also new to the saltwater fish world!

Possibly Lymphocystis. It's a viral infection, the only treatment is good nutrition and it usually goes away on its own. Lympho affects the fins and tail. It forms a cauliflower tumor. I wouldn't worry to much at this point. It's definitely not ich or velvet.

Thank you very much - from what I've gathered, I agree that it could be lymphocystis. We're currently doing routine water changes, feeding once a day, and trying to minimize stress. I appreciate the help!
