White slime?

Hey everyone finally started my first nano tank
its a 5 gallon finnex and im just going to be doing live rock, live sand and some inverts
Got the rock and sand out of a locals shops display tank but this morning i noticed white residue or slim covering everything
Any idea on the action to take?

I'm guessing this has only been running a few days. Take no action except maybe cleaning the glass. It's probably just bacteria colonizing. Kill the light if nothing lives there, let things stabilize a while in the dark. It's probably too soon for any visible algae.

A full set of water params would help if you want a better diagnostic from someone.
