White spots not ich on naso

I am a few weeks into a hypo treatment to kill ich. All the ich is gone however my male naso has white patches on him. The look like a big piece of white sand on his side and a few above his eyes. Any ideas what this could be and also what to do to kill it?

Stress markings. All nasos get them when stressed. Most likely from the hypo and or water quality.
