White spots on glass; baby snails?

After dark I noticing dozens of tiny white specks on the glass & rocks. I took a few out, pics attached. Looks like maybe some type of baby snail?

Yep looks like it. I’ve got tons of trochus snails eggs in my tank. Unless you really hate the looks they shouldn’t affect the tank at all but they’re not hard to just scrape up during a water change

Those are harmless collonista snails. They're nocturnal which is why you've likey not seen them before.
