White spots

I have white spots all over my tank. What could it be?

a little more description please. Snail eggs, featerdusters in little white spirals, copepods, and amphipods, are just a few of the things that come to mind when you say "white spots". Are they grouped, where are they, how big are they, do they move etc. would help in identification

They are not (to my knowledge) snail eggs, not really grouped just random all my tank. Not featherdusters. I will try to post some pics.

No they are not.
