White streaks on new blonde naso!

Hi, I recently bought a very healthy looking blonde naso tang. In the past week, in quarantine it has developed some streaky white markings. No, these are not the stress marks often seen in nasos when under stress. They are not symmetrical, and do not come and go as stress spots do. Here is a photo. It is blurry, but you can get a pretty good idea of what it looks like. The lines are about 8 mm top to bottom, and about 1 mm wide, or so. They are on the left side of the fish only. Any ideas as to what these might be, and if they require treatment? The fish is eating well.
Thanks for any help anyone might be able to provide.

Bruce

I see what you mean, not stress markings. Possibly flukes, have you treated with prozi pro? If not I'd try that first.
