White stripe maroons are probably my favorite clownfish, if appearance is the only factor, but I've always been told that they're ferocious serial killers who will make life hell for the other fish in their tank. I've long held this hope that Mr. Saltwater Tank was right in one of his older videos covering the livestock of his 90g when he said something along the lines of "extreme aggression is only true for the gold stripe variety", when talking about his beloved white stripe maroon. Does this hold any truth? Would keeping a single female as opposed to a pair, help to make the maroon a more tolerant tank mate? Personally, I hate the look of gold stripes, I can't help but think they look like a standard maroon clown that got dropped into a urinal
Thanks guys
