White Stuff on rock

Some White stuff has started to grow on my rocks and looks to be running over my coraline. any sugg to what this might be looks like a type of alge?

If it is white, it is more likely to be sponge or a fungus. If you fan your hand at it and it blows away, it is likely to be fungus, if it stays put it is likely to be a sponge.

it is established rock is new will not fan away is this bad

does it have some thickness to it? or is it as thin as the coraline? your info says "12lb of new rock" if the rock was transported out of water some of the coraline could be dieing off, or possibly a sponge as stated above.

it is as thin as the coraline cant get a good picture 50k limit 86 k vga small as it gets. looks the same texture as the coraline but is growing in several places. i also have a deep red, green, and a brighter red along with purple, deep purple, and white alge growing on the rock. will the coraline overtake these
