White stuff under ocellaris mouth

I got a clownfish that has a white spot under his mouth.

Some background: I ran my tank fallow for 72 days after all my fish died for an unknow reason.

All my fish now go through a 40 day quarantine with prazi/metto and cp treatment.

This new fish went through the usual prazi/metro, 2 treatments and a 30 day period of CP 40 mg/l

He was added in the display tank on Friday April 4th. He was met by an ocellaris and a bangaii cardinal.

Here is a video... What the heck could this be?

Some of the stuff I've read suggests an external fungus due to poor water quality or over crowding.

I have a 45 gallon with 4 fish inside.
My nitrates have reached about 20 ppm. The rest of the fish seem fine.

The only thing is that over the weekend I started dosing for magnesium and calc to get them at normal levels. They had to change about 200ppm each over a period of 3 days.

Looks like lympho. Keep pristine water conditions and feed with vitamins. It should clear up.

Thanks, my other Ocellaris had something similar on his side a while back ago and it cleared up (I believed it was Lympho also).

It could be that this guy rubbed up on him and got it also? The other ocellaris no longer has that white gash on his side, no symptoms but i guess he was a carrier.
