White things all over marine tank

Hi, I've had my tank 9 months and I'm new to the hobby. Can anyone tell me what these white things that are over my live rock and the back of the tank (and even on the shell of my turbo snail) are please?

I can't really tell from the pics but they look like featherdusters.

If you are referring to the 3 white things in the pic, they look to be pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeders, if so.

Thank you both for your replies. I've googled feather dusters and its not that. They do look exactly like pineapple sponges though.
