Who can trouble shoot my icecap ballast & light?

I wired it up (not plug and play) and it doesn't work.

I need somebody who is good with electrical lighting to troubleshoot it for me or fix what I did.

is it a new set up if not check the fuse. my 430 didn't work and it was just a fuse. if its not the fuse aqua world will look at it for you.

What does it do? ANything? Light then go out? Hummm? Buzz? tick?
