Who feeds their corals and if so what?

Mine usually get a cube of H2O Life coral food, cyclops, and about 6-8 pumps of liquid life coralplankton (only using the latter because I got it for free--could do without the phytoplankton in both foods) nightly. I need to get some oyster eggs again, though, and add that to the mix.

There is a great thread on here about Pappone, it's old school from Italy. I use it sparingly every other day, I feed cyclopeeze, Aquavitro, and vitamin C. Do some research on pappone if you really want to see a difference in growth, just keep up the WC.

The pappone is what I feed. It's not that old school, probably 4-5 yrs. Better than any food in a bottle that I ever used. Clams, Oysters, mussels (live) and fresh shrimp, some sugar and L-Glutamine. Have had great results. Pretty potent tho, use sparingly at first and as stated above keep up the water changes. Want to keep your parameters on the high side. You will see very good growth. Not a color enhancer
