Who has multiple pairs together, same sp.?

Zaita

Don't bother posting saying "you can't", "you shouldn't" etc. I'm well aware of this.

I wanna hear from people who are keeping multiple pairs of the same species together in the same tank?

Tank Size?
Number of Anemones?
Species of Anemones?
Clownfish Species?
How long have they been together?
How are the pairs towards each other?

i didnt have pairs but i had a tomatoe, and a pair of false percs in a 75 gallon with no anenome, they were in there for 3-4 months and they would actually all hang out togethor, then i got back from vacation and found out my boxfish died and wiped out my tank.

One thing to add to your questions --

Are any of the pairs spawning?

I have found that a pairs behavior will change when they start spawning.

I have 1 pair occ's and 1 pair black and white occ both hosting the same gigantea I have a 125 gal tank. all four have been in the same tank for 6 months. I also have 4 rbta that they all four have no interest in.

I have a b&w & orange occ pair. They're both beating the crud out of my onyx pair.. ugh.. I'm going to have to setup a 40 breeder to separate them. UGH!

I had 2 percs, 2 misbars and 2 b/w false. None of it worked. The percs are now the only pair in the tank with 1 b/w because he refuses to be netted. However, my percs did spawn recently and layed eggs successfully, so, -1 for mixed pairs +1 for spawning with other clowns in the tank.

I have a 300gal tank with 2 pairs of clowns.

left side of the tank houses a actively spawning GSM pair in a BTA, the right side houses a carpet with a mixed occ pair.

the female GSM obviously worries me, but they have been in the tank together for >1.5 years and she has only nudged the occ when they would go to the left side of the tank

now that the occ pair are hosting, they don't even come close to each other

pretty cool
