Bad pic but doesn't look like bristle worm, if you can grab it, go for it. Unless there's food in the nem the worm shouldn't be there, get it even if it's only part of it may be enough to kill it.

It happened right after I fed my RBTA. I tried to grab it with some tweezers but it went in to the RBTA very quickly.

That's weird. The nem looks happy and bubbly, other then the loose mouth.

I think the 'nem is fine. Unless the worm was huge ane the anemone is tiny, id say anemeones are above worms in the general pecking order.

IMO if that worm crawled into the nem its good as gone. Im picturing Chewbacca diving into the Sarlacc Pit Monster to retirve a dropped turkey leg...bad decision.
