who is good with electrical?

I have a T5 fixture that is very temperamental. It's very rare to have all the bulbs on at once, almost like there is a lose connection. There are for bulbs all together and typically I can only have 3 lit at a time. If I go move the light to inspect what is going on, the light goes back on. As soon as I place it back down, a bulb goes out. It's very frustrating! I really don't have the time or know how to fiddle with it for fear of breaking it further. Is there anyone who thinks they can take a look at it for me?

I can look at it but you would have to bring it to my house in orchard park I have some spare parts

Most definitely a loose connection, turn the power off and take it apart and look. Tinkering while its on you might ground it out and it may not work again.
