They make a acrylic cover for them, or you can make one yourself.

PICKED up a 340 from them a couple weeks back. AWESOME tank. they make hundreds of tanks every week and ship several truckloads per week. I live in the south and know for a fact that many of the lfs in our state sell Glasscages tanks.

In going up there I met the "staff" lol

Two young ladies answering the never ending phone calls, a few drivers and some VERY, VERY, hard working dedicated hispanics putting the tanks together.

They make their money building and selling tanks in bulk. They can build you what you want if you know what you want. If you are looking for help designing a tank .........well just keep reading before you call them. but call cause they are worth it.

Weird cause my 210RR AGA had 3 stickers on the bottom stating that the glass was "tempered" and "Do Not Drill".

Trust the stickers. That's because they drill the glass then temper it.

Glass cages will deliver it to your area if they happen to be goiing there, but make sure you bring a few strong friends to transfer the tank to your truck or you will be SOL. Once you sign for it, it's your problem.

Welp.... I want a 180 also.. Starphire glass on 3 sides and center overflow.. I got a quote for nearly 2000.00 US fo ra 60x30x24...... I need a better deal......there has to be someone that does a good job and is around 1300.00..... any info would be great i will be moving to seattle beginning of august....

I ordered a 240 gallon with low iron glass on 3 sides and larger overflows to be delivered to Seattle for a "fee". Should be here in August.
So far the customer service has been great, when you consider they deal with the public everyday.

I just ordered a custom oceanic 215 gal w/ starfire front ( extra 400) and oversized drains ( int. diam to 1.5 in.) tank was 1400, to oversize the drains 100.00 ea., delivered to a LFS.
I called all the local LFS's and got quotes from 1400 - 1650 just for the tank so shop it around.
I was a little reluctant about glasscages for such a big glass display tank, but am thinking about them for an acrylic sump and fuge.

ebay has a several companies that make custom acrylic tanks ---you can get a 252 reef ready for $1100 delivered or a 180 for $1000 delivered ---I'll be ordering from there
