Who wants in on order from Richard at Tampa Bay Saltwter

I will be making an order soon to get some of the well encrusted live rock from Tampa Bay. Geiser posted about his rock order and the pretty mantis shrimp that came in on it.

Since I am ordering anyway, if you want to order some rock let me know. It will be shipped direct to MEM airport by Northwest. I will pick up. I will pick off hitchikers I see if you want or you can keep them and sort them yourself. 100# shipped for $75

I will pay the first $75 dollars of shipping myself since I was going to pay that anyway if we order more than 100 lbs of sand and rocks, cleaner crews.

C'mon, no takers?

A little cocktail sauce and all those mantis shrimp will go to good use. The little crab hitchers would be good with butter and lemon.

I already have a 6 gallon and (3) 3 gallon ready to recieve my little extra monsters.

I'm only stocking a 14 gallon with small rocks and sand, so there is room in the box for probably 20 more pounds. I hate to pay the minimum $75 dollar shipping and not pack the box full.

I would love to order from there, after seeing Giesers great rock and hitchhikers. I hope to move up to a bigger tank soon, and will be getting my rock form there. (I love the coolness of not knowing what all you will get with the rock, livestock wise) But I will ahve to wait a bit to upgrade tanks. Hopefully soon.

I can wait for you

I can wait for you

No problem if you want to wait a while. My tank is just water at the moment. It is the cleanest tank in the house! I just got my bulbs in yesterday. We can wait till early fall as temps are climbing finally. Say September if that helps you both. I do not know if time of year affects what he collects, or what we will recieve.

I'm trying to get hitchikers, lol. Plus any marcro. The rock is just a necessary by product of the order to me. (you all can stop shaking your heads now)

My son and I are going to watch what grows over next year or two. Probably end up with two or three things mastering the whole tank and everything else perishing in time.

We did this with a scoop of pond mud in a ten gallon. The lifeforms are still going strong. Couple of years later.

Couple shovels of creek gravel in another and good aeration and the critters keep coming.
