i have a nice piece of pulsing xenia, and a very nice yellowish kenya tree...the xenia was very nice up until a couple weeks ago, i had to move my rocks around a bit and rearrange the power heads...since then my kenya blows across the xenia, and xenia has withered badly...
i also recently added a fresh bag of chemipure elite, and a new bag of GFO and Carbon...with all the softies in this tank i like to run a lot of carbon...
i am wondering if it is the kenya upsetting the xenia, or the new chemipure and GFO stripping the water to clean...
i feed about 4-5 times a day and dont have a skimmer and NO3 is usually always around 10ppm...
