First guess is the pseudochromis.
I agree. These guys can be terrors to some fish.

I agree with the pseudo and the damsels, I HATE DAMSELS

and the eyeball eating generally goes down after most fish die

Just a few days after introducing my strawberry pseudochromis in my 120G, it chased my flasher wrasse whenever he is in sight and nipped some fin off him despite the wrasse is 1/3 larger and was there first. My damsel and tang seems mild tempered to me in relative of the pseudochromis.

Yep maybe that pseudochromis, I've seen chase the sand perch goby couple times, just strage they been together for a while. The damsels only fight each other. No crabs but I have a pistol shrimp in there

i always have damsels killing large puffers and other random fish

had a small heniochus take down a 1.5' stars and stripes one time
would never believe it, had i not seen him in action

I don't think it was the yellow tails, they're not as aggressive as your average damsel. The pseudo however eew they kill for fun

I think the cowfish is big to get into the jawfish's burrow. I have to look close and see the pseudo. The yellow tails are not agressive to anyone else but them.
