Wholesale business anyone?

So, you're basically paying $300,000 for a business plan and some connections to suppliers. No thanks, it would be much cheaper to just do the r & d yourself...

I think this includes tank setups, lights, licenses, contact info and such. From what it says, you provide him the space and money and you will have a wholesale business set up. Pricey, yes, but I wouldn't say unreasonable(of course, depending on what he's offering).

ya looks like he sets the whole thing up for you with systems/livestock etc....is this a new pyramid scheme for the livestock industry lol

I dunno. It sounded to me like a complete turn key wholesale operation. Run your own business. Seems that this guy has all the right connections to make it happen. if you got the money then you got a wholesale business. But I do agree Orlando could greatly benefit from an operation like this. What do you guys think?

I dunno just sounds like a pyramid scheme to me... Craigslist isn't exactly the most reputable place to be looking to buy big $$$ businesses.

is it you ben? I always thought it was flfirefighter for some reason - maybe i should call and find out - but i dont like wasting people time :-D

What is turn key?

Sounds like he has the right idea. Instead of starting a business, and making it work. Just set it up for someoneelse, and take the money.
What would it cost him to do it?
How much is equipment?
How much labor to setup?
We would have to supply the space (on top of the $$), how much would that be?
How many contacts does he have, and what are they worth?
Would the initial cost include any sellable product(ie. livestock, etc.)?
How many suppliers do the LFS deal with now?
How much $$ do they spend a week?
Are you really gonna net $7000, out of $12000 sales?

If he could show valid financials over the past couple of years showing his profit figures, and included all of the equipment it would be a great deal. However, I have a feeling some of that is missing.

See I have nothing to do with this. I was simply skimming through looking for saltwater deals and came across this one. Nothing I would be interested in. But it does sound about right. But I am not sure if his price includes the warehouse space too. Who knows. Someone should check it out and get back to us! hehe Thanks!

Oh and turn key. Means all you do is unlock the door of your new business and its ready to go. Thats the term I use when dealing with classic cars. Turn key is ready for the Road. A car with "needs some TLC" isn't exactly the same. Good luck!
