Who's familiar with Jamaica?

I'm going back to Jamaica again this june and I've been to Ocho Rios in 2000 (got married there) and Negril last year. I'm going back to Ocho Rios and now that I've stumbled on this hobby I am more excited to go snorkeling, etc... down there.

I'm just curious if anyone is familiar with or knows of a site that has information on what corals, fish, etc... are there. I'd like to do a bit of research before I go.

Never been there, but if you take the wife & i, ill find all the cool snorkeling spots, no charge.

my wife and i honeymooned in monteray bay at the all inclusive Sunset Beach resort.
AWESOME snorkling right off the beach.
and it's kid friendly.
the only thing we didn't like about the resort was everynight they have like a party on the beach with loud music. our room was the closest room in the resort to the party and we tired ourselves out everyday, so it was annoying to us. but everything else was AWESOME. we're giong to try and go back next year.

bonus: we didn't have to drive all over the island to get to the resort. it's only like 25 minutes from the airport.

i would recommend it to anyone.

I got married in Jamaica as well. Great place.. Take the scuba lesson and go out on the boat, from my understand it's a lot better off shore where there is not people swimming all day, every day.
