Why are they fighting so nasty?

30 gallon tank with 40 lbs live rock.

1 six-line wrasse
2 percula clownfish
1 brittle star
1 Red Sea Mimic Blenny

everyone in the tank is a pain in the *** to the clownfish. they pick on everybody. is the tank too small for them? i thought i checked everyone's compatability and they seemed to be able to go together. is the blenny and wrasse bad combo with clownfish?

Ahh, the ol 6 line debate. Many Many 6 lines turn super mean but many people have no trouble at all from them. Mine went back to the store after only about 3 days in a QT and a very mean 3 days to his 2 freinds I might add. It is the blenny and wrass picking on the clowns right? Try to keep everyone well fed and they hopefully will not feel the need to pick as bad.

I would have only the two Clowns in a tank that size...but that's me


Perc's can be aggressive themselves and if they have a coral of sorts to host, they' can be very feisty to tankmakes..
Sixlines are also aggressive, I am surprised that its not going at it w/ the Blenny...Guess that 'mimic' look really works

And I said I would only keep two Clowns! I liked understocked tanks...less stress
