Why are you not able to offer returns w/o restocking fee like Drs. F & S?

I am just wondering why the restocking fee on unopened products? I didn't read your policy before ordering, unfortunately, but find it unfortunate that you can't offer the 100% satisfaction guarantee that some merchants can, or at least take back unopened products w/o a restocking fee.

I know this is your policy and it is in writing, I just felt I had to ask and give my feedback on your policy. I guess I won't be returning anything (at a 10% loss.) I was a customer a while back, too, but sometimes I need to return things and 10% is harsh for an unopened product that someone may have had for a few days.

Thanks for listening.
Best,
Angela

You might have to pay a restocking fee at MD, but you will probably pay 10% more for the item at DR F & S. And at the DR, you don't get free shipping on any order - no matter what you spend.

Maybe. I've placed a couple orders with Drs. F&S lately because I got a better deal with them. I've noticed that MD's prices are slowly creeping up. I can't remember what the item was, but it was $10 cheaper at Drs. than it was at MD. That difference paid for the shipping charges on my whole order of 15 items which included a bucket of IO that was on sale for $33. Not too bad.

I like MD because they are a lot closer to me, but I've been getting better deals with the Drs.

Hello Angela,

Thank you for your post, Unfortunately the restocking fee is imposed to cover the cost of processing your return back to your credit card and returning the item back to stock if it is new. We also offer a 5% restocking fee if the return is placed as a store credit as it costs less to process a return in that way

Please feel free to contact us with any further questions you may have.

5% is not bad, I will keep that in mind when I look to purchase my next item. I can always use store credit, I didn't see that mentioned on the site (sometimes my sight isn't so good.)

Thanks,
angela
