to get back to the question at hand, I personally don't have one b/c of the short lifespan.
I'd love to keep an octopus or cuttlefish, but then I'd be buying a new one every year.
If they lived three years, I'd go for it----5 would be even better.... but then again, with their type of intelligence, a 5-year old octopus might take over the world:lol:
