Roger answered my post quickly, and I got my 6025 + 6045 fixed and returned to me in a week! They look like brand new (FWIW I think they are).

The customer service is what made me switch to Tunze. Let's face it, there are a lot of very nice equipment manufacterer's in our hobby now-a-days. But very few of them stand behind their products or make themselves available for questions and help. In our society today quality and standing behind a product is getting harder and harder to find. Most people want the money, but don't really care about the product or the people that buy it. Consumers are nothing but dollar signs and stats to most manufacter's. When I see someone that not only produces a good product but also makes sure the customer is happy, that gives me confidence in that brand. It tells me that the people making it take pride in what they do and want you, the customer, to take pride in owning their product. That speaks more then any billboard, magazine ad, or expert endoursment ever could.
