Why can't I have bubble corals or brains???

It seems that I cannot get these two specific corals to survive in my tank... I can grow almost everything else I try..SPS,softs, other LPS....but not these..anybody have clues or is it me??? Probably me right...thanks

What type of brains? You may be giving them to much light? Open brains and Bubbles don't need alot to be happy.

And what happens\happened to the ones you tried to keep? Infection, something eating them etc?

There are a few corals i can't seem to keep either.. I tried 2 trachyphyllias in my Aquapod with PC lights and no dice =\ looked like brown jelly.

Now in my 55g with T5 lighting I am having a lobo I got in a trade a few weeks ago thriving so far... i think it depends on the coral and the tank too.

Have you tested for any lesser tested chemicals too like magnesium ?

what kind of fish do you have? Some fish might be nipping at them and causing them to get infected.
