Why does my acro look funny?

Get a close up and pay particular attention to those red specks.

I'm seeing red specs also around the middle of the frag, might be nothing, might not. try a closer pic if you can.

When did you get the frag? Did you change anything with your lighting recently or have you experienced any temperature swings lately?

has it always looked like that. it looks bleached. but if there are red bugs on it then it will prolly look bleached.

Looks bleached. Any changes made to your system lately? ie carbon change, photoperiod, skimmer etc

No, that is how it always look, funny thing is that is growing and encrusting . Can those red bugs look orange? Anyone knows the name of this coral?

I don't think that there is any other effective way. FWIW, it looks like A. cerealis.

Order Interceptor from Fosters & Smith, call them explain what your intended use will be. After all they list it as a medicine for our purpose.
