Why I continue to buy from Aqua Cave

So aside from fast delivery, (always 2nd Day to my door) competitive pricing and quality products, Aqua Cave's customer service is also top notch.

To get to the point, there was an understandable mistake on a recent purchase I had made and the management at Aqua Cave was more than accommodating in resolving the issue. As a long time hobbiest and frequent online shopper I have never dealt with a company as considerate as Aqua Cave.

I should mention that other than being a loyal customer, I have no affiliation with AC or any other vendor in the industry.

I made a purchase from Aqua Cave today. They contacted me a little later to inform me that one of my items would have to be drop shipped from the manufcturer and it would be sometime next week. They wanted to make sure I was ok with that before charging the order. That was a nice gesture on their part, IMO. I appreciated that.
