The customer service is always top notch!!! I ordered two 80w ATI bulbs two weeks ago but because of a busy schedule I didn't get to install the new bulbs for over a week after receiving the shipment. I quickly found out that one of the bulbs was not working. I contacted Jeremy right away and after a few questions he said they would replace the bulb and I wouldn't need to return the defective one. I had been planning on placing an order for some thing thru another online vendor because my local club was doing a group buy thru them with 15% off. I decided to place my order thru PA because I know that if I ever have a problem with anything that Jeremy will be there to take care of it.

Great job Jeremy and thank you!!!!!

This is so true. Companies are defined by how they take care of problems not by the routine. Another supposedly high end online vendor closer to me sent me the wrong bulb once and refused to accept the fact they made the mistake. They made me pay for the return shipping and delayed my set up for two weeks. Since then, I am happy to continue supporting PA and their awesome help.

Well, this makes me excited to place my order tonight for a new Apex controller and a pair of Tunze 6095 powerheads. I was a little nervous about dropping over a grand with an online retailer I've never dealt with before. Just wish I could have placed my order earlier in the day so it might have shipped today, but oh well. It's not like I'm going to get to play with this stuff this weekend whether it shipped today or tomorrow.
