Why is my Blue Star Leopard Wrasse going crazy?

He is just going up and down hitting the glass. Very neurotic. He is in a 55 with 0 nitrates and 0-.5 phosphates(getting GFO to fix the phosphate problem). His mates are a small Blue Tang(yes I know, he is 2 inches) and two chromis. Nobody seems to be bothering him. The tank parameters seem very good, the Acropora and Carpet Anemone are growing fast. Has he outgrown his tank? I am considering taking the plunge to a 90.

How long have you had him?

I've had him about 6 months. He went from a 29 biocube into the 55 about 4 months ago. About a month ago a Maroon clown started harassing him, so I took the Maroon out and stuck him in the biocube about a week ago.

How is his eating? Do you feed PE mysis?

I feed the tank a combination of Formula Two Flakes, Marine S and frozen Marine Cuisine every few days. He is a good eater. He is possibly fighting his own reflection, but sometimes he just circles the rock in that corner non-stop.

Mine does this, and sometimes will circle a powerhead multiple times. Still healthy and eats great, I just think it's a personality thing.

Does he do this all day or at certain times...cause mine used to do this when she waked up...then 2 hours later she is searching for food.
