Why is my ric. shrinking???

I've had this 1 polyp for several months and was a beaut. multi colored purple,pink,yellow and green.
It was a inch or more but now its 1/4". Whats going on.
All other rics are doing great, spreading and are very colorful.
It's a mostly SPS dominate tank and some zoas.

Maybe it's splitting? Mine shriveled up for almost 3 weeks and now there are two.
How does the mouth look? How's your salinity?
