I recently ordered some koi on you blowout sale. Was wondering why only part was shipped. The website said they were instock and ready for shipment but I received and e-mail stating that only part had shipped. If I would have known that I might have made a substition or canceled the order all together. This stinks:( Why do I give you my phone if no one knows how to CALL somebody. A2572258 and not real happy

while we are on the subject of koi. AAA grade I dont beleive that is what you are selling. The 3 I got a couple of weeks ago were far from AAA grade. Maybe you should look into what you koi vendor is shipping (scales missing, odd formation on one of the kois mouth, and diccoloration on the ogon) Scales missing with non in the bag, they must have lost them before shipping.

Redox,

Thank you for posting photos of your pond and new Koi and for your PM. We were sorry to hear that the new Koi’s eye is a cause for concern. While it is difficult to tell from these photos, we recommend quarantining the fish in a separate area. You may wish to use a large plastic kiddy pool. You may treat with Furanase or a similar general medication to ensure resolution of the eye concern. Excellent water quality will also ensure improvement. Just a reminder from our conversation, if you would like to call us and ask to speak to one of our knowledgeable technical support team, they would be happy to discuss the stocking, care and maintenance of your pond with you. We wish you the best with your new arrival and hope this information helps you. We are glad to have credited for this fish via our PM’s with you on the 29th as well.

We were also pleased to have spoken with you on the phone the other day and to have credited you the full price of the three Yamabuki Ogon Koi you mentioned in your first post that were past your warranty. Please also remember we would be happy to place a substitute order for your back ordered fish or cancel them, as you wish.

Please never hesitate to call us right away with any concerns you wish to discuss. We will always be here, ready to assist our valued customers.
