Just leave them be. Moving them around / changing light and flow conditions all the time just puts them back. Zoos will acclimatize to the conditions, it just takes time. Low light / flow and they usually sit up on longer stems, high flow / light and they tend to pack together more, and stay short.
I do have issues with the true blues in general though. Just can't seem to get these to thrive.
