They arrived at my work at 11am. They are acclimating to the QT now. They look great! The male is a bit dinky, but as expected Packing was great... Bob did a really nice job, and was very detailed in his correspondence.

That's probably best. I've had better luck with small wc clowns in general.

While I agree, a 1" clownfish isn't my favorite to deal with

Thanks. The male is looking a bit rough today. Visibly skinnier than yesterday Feeding tiny amounts of frozen cyclopeeze every hour this weekend. Wish me luck!

Thanks! Wouldn't be the first time I lost a male from a precious pair, but hoping this is not one of those times! They got some pellets this morning, and the male did eat a couple, so that's very promising. Nothing fattens a fish up faster than pellets, IME.

That's true pellets always fatten fish up nice and quick. And to get a picky eater to eat them is a promising sign indeed.

I happen to have some salifert pellets around. I think they no longer make them though.

+1 Coloration (natural) and especially body shape of wild caught clowns cannot be beat. Beautiful fish.
