Acquired some from.the beach today..what is the best way to acclimate...don't want to put any pests in the tank..

Looks like it. I'd freshwater dip for a minute or so, and then perhaps QT it for a couple weeks and keep an eye on it.

Couple of weeks ok...rinse it with fw and now have it acclimating with tank water in a bucket is that a good idea..really want it to make it to my tank

Would doing alot of water changes would that speed up the process

No, it's about giving pests a chance to make their presence apparent. But if you're itching to get it in your display, a freshwater dip (and a good shake) is a good balance IMO.

Yes itching bad...Will place in bag with rodi water and do a shake then place in more tank water..hopefully that does it thanks for the advice
