Will a 440 Watt ARO VHO Ballast run T5's

I have been thinking for some time about adding T5's to my tank.. I was wondering this ballast would work? If so how many bulbs/Watts chould I go with?

I would say yes as long as you don't exceed the 440 watt 16 feet limit.
