Will a Frogspawn sting a Featherduster?

CoRPS

Big Time Reefer
I just bought a Featherduster and placed it VERY close to my Frogspawn. Will it be a problem? Should I move it? (It's in the perfect spot)

I wouldn't risk it. Frogspawn have some long sweeper tentacles that can and will sting other corals, including feather dusters.

I may be wrong but don't think that a feather duster can be harmed by a coral. My mushrooms touch mine all the time along with sweepers from my Galaxea. My LTA has also touched it. They are polychaetes and likely are immune to cnidocysts (stinging cells) from corals. The tentacles of the tube worm are radioles made of chiton or something like this. They are likely derived from the setae of polychaetes.

There are even certain feather dusters such as Christmas Tree worms that bore into corals and live here. Surely these corals have sweepers but can't kill these tenents.
