Will a mantis eat a Serpent Star?

I have just found a mantis in my 10 g . It is small, looks green and brown. I have had this tank up for a month and it just now decided to come out. I also have a serpent star and a pepermint shrimp. Are they in trouble? I hope not. I will try to capture the mantis alive, but I have my doubts.

it will eat the shrimp for sure. The serpent star is iffy. I put 2 brittles in my mantis tank. One was thrashed in the first 48 hours... the other has been in there for a year untouched!?!

One thing I noticed is that the pep shrimp is SCARED of the mantis, and avoids it at all costs. The Serpent star either doesnt see it or doesnt care. The star hangs out just outside of the mantis' lair. I have to catch this thing, my blue legged hermits are almost gone.
