Will a RBTA be okay in my tank?

I'm getting ready to put together a 40 breeder using the contents of my 30 breeder and 10 gallon (both of which have been set up for 6+ months), and I would like to add one of the nice RBTA that my LFS has in stock. The tank will have a 175 watt halide over it, and due to me using my other tanks it will only have about 20 gallons of "new" water added to it. Do I have enough light? If so, how long should I wait to add it?

Usually when I set up tanks, I use established rock or cooked dead rock and 100% new NSW. I usually add anemones as soon as the temp is right.

All bets are off if you have a sandbed .... those nasty things can be tricky to move....

If you are using synthetic saltwater .... i dunno .... I would use as much of the old water as possilbe???

I'm going to use some of my old sand in the sump, but all of the display sand will be new. I do not have access to real saltwater, so I am going to use as much of my previous tank water as possible. I think I am going to need to add ~20 gallons of newly mixed saltwater, but all the rest is going to be established.

I have about 10 lbs of 6 month old base rock, but the other 30 lbs of rock is live and has been in a reef tank for over a year.
