will adding a tunze stream make RBTA move?

i currently have 6 MJ 1200's in my 92 corner. i'm adding a tunze stream (1850gph). i want to get my tank turnover rate around 50. i'm around 32 now. anyway i have had a nice 7" RBTA for about 3 weeks now. it's been settled w/out moving for a week in a perfect location. i will be adding the tunze stream late next week. i will place it on opposite side of tank that RBTA is on. it will bounce off LR and glass before the RBTA gets any of it. i will also have a controller for it and will start off slow. will adding this extra flow cause the anenome to move? it's not like i'm gonna blast it full speed head on. i might even start it at night when RBTA is retracted near it's foot in LR crevice.

My limited experience with BTAs is that they really don't like much flow. So if your tunze is going to add much flow to the spot your RBTA is in, it may very well move to a lower flow location. It may also move during the night. For the safety of your RBTA, it may be best not to have an unprotected powerhead running at night.

The tunze will definitely get it to move.

I'm surprised beverly, mine seem to be the opposite. I have one that has basically sits in front of an eductor, and seems to love it.

THat being said..none of mine bubble up.
