will claws grow back?

got new coral banded shrimp and it lost its claw in first couple hours what is the problem stress?etc..

yes the claws will grow back in the next couple of molts. they can drop there claws for many different reasons and it would be hard to tell why. so depending on the size of the shrimp it could have its claw back in a month.
