Will Cyanoacrylate(super glue) bond PVC to acrylic?

So will Super glue bond PVC to acrylic? I am about to experiment and wondered about your opinions. This will be a non-load bearing joint.

in addition for some reason Cyanoacrylate seems to create micro cracks in the acrylic. IF is no load use silicone but let it cure for about 36 hours and do not forget to sand both areas to be siliconed for a strong attachment.

Just buy some Weldon 16, it works very well and the joint is clear.

Superglue causes crazing. Weld on #16 works moderately well. Weld on #40 will give you a crystal clear joint and will be VERY strong. Go with the #40!

i agree super glue would be a bad idea it might work but how dependable and will it damage the material
