Extremely unlikely boardering on "can't happen". I've kept thousands of Neogonodactylus and I have never had one break a tank made from ordinary single thickness window glass. They could conceivably chip an edge causing a leak, but their won't be a smash with glass flying in all directions.
Most of the stories that you read about stomatopods breaking glass can be traced back to pieces I've written over the years and those accounts reported breakage caused by large Odontodactylus, Hemisquillia, and a couple particularly large and nasty Gonodactylus chiragra.
