The 54 Gal. corner tank has been moved and water is back in the tank. I have made a couple of additions to the tank. I have upgrade my RIO 3100 to a MAG 12 which is plumbed into an OM Squirt. Lighting has change from a single 20K XM bulb to a 10 K XM bulb with 130 watts of actinic Power compacts. Purchased a TLF Phosban Reactor with Phosban Media, that is being run by a mag 1. I swapped out the old Pro 75 wet/dry sump for a 20 Long tank with out baffles. The ASM Mini has carried over to the new setup. I will be adding a new calcium reactor as soon as I get the tank stable. I have also been cooking my live rock since I took the old tank down, that will be added to the tank this week. I have switched substrates also, I changed from a crushed aragonite to the Meridian oolitic made by Seachem, which is alot finer than what I am used to. Salt has also been changed from Oceanic to the Seachem Reef salt.

I will post pictures by the end of the week of the new setup. Currently everything is working both bulkheads were leaking, I have fixed the drain. I still have to fix the return bulkhead. I am also seeing alot of Microbubbles, but I will give them time. Since I have no baffles in the sump, I am thinking about putting a 100 micron filter sock on the exit of the skimmer and the main tank drain pipe.

Things I want to accomplish by the weekend is substrate and live rock put in and be ready to put some fish in to start cycling the tank.

before long we can have a meeting at your house. im sure everyone would like to see a tank besides mine , daves ,and blakes for a change

All of my sand and Live Rock is in. Now I am waiting for all of the dust to settle, then I will start cleaning the sump and other parts. I hope to have a fish in the tank on Monday.
