U guys have any experience with beat up like this , all my parameters are a ok and have them under 3 400 20k's + actinic blues. Hopefully they'll come back. lol

Are there polyps on the bleached out branches? If not, I'd frag a few good pieces off first. Then prune the white parts out of the mother colony. If there are polyps still, then I'd wait it out. Make sure flow is good, possibly lower the coral in the tank for awhile.

Birdsnest need a lot of flow to get through all those branches. I would definetely prune off the white branches(near the base before the white begins.) Will help it recover faster; those white pieces are dead.

yes there's polyps, except off course in those bleached out branches , but overall it look semiok.

If the polyps are gone then def. cut those off. Get down below where it starts to turn. The farther the better. I'd make a frag or two of some good branches just in case. If it recovers then you have a couple frags to sell but at least you still have the coral if it doesn't.

Looking at it today the polyps r out and is fuzzy everywhere YEEEEEEEEEEES i guess i wont be prunning thanks!

those branches are not bleached-your coral is suffering from STN-how much flow do you have in that tank?also what about phosphate and alkalinity levels?

phosphate 0 alk good - i just put that coral in today from another tank looking good its a rescue effort
