Will leaving a tank with no fish but inverts/coral still in eradicate ich?

Subject pretty much says it... If I remove all fish but leave inverts and coral in tank for 4-6 weeks will all of the ich die. Also, there's a UV on the tank.

Ick cannot host on inverts. Leave your fish out of the tank and the ick will die off because of no host.
