Will mini-carpet anemone colors recover?

I put a mini carpet anemone in my tank in 8/15.

This is how it was when I arrived.

Thanks to my Radion Gen3 Pro, within a few weeks the color turned completely neon green. It has stayed that way (and now shrivelled in the rock hole instead of fully opening up) for many months now.

Last week I replaced the Radion with a ATI T5. My other RBTA which also had lost much of its color and form, is now improving rapidly. I can see noticeable differences in the color and tentacles.

Will my mini carpet also return to it's multi color form?

Will take a long time recover and may never get the same intensity.
Most likely the Radion was on to strong setting.
