will my allardi host a sebea, or a LTA?

my local fish store has two healthy, large anemones for sale. at the moment he is hosting my frogspawn and is damaging the polyps.

Neither one of those is a natural host for an Allardi, so that isn't a factor. So I would go with the healthiest one, though leaning towards an LTA, since sebeas can/will get huge.

Though, I would be a bit concerned about having a butterfly in the same tank.

Also, would be nice to have some more info about your tank.

the copperband died a little bit ago. my tank only has a few corals in it. I tried to keep a rbta but it died because my lights stopped working properly. I have problems with nitrates(20ppm) that seem to have no cure(i have only a few fish, lots of LR, and have been doing 10 gallon water changes twice a week). i don't mind if the anemone gets huge. my only concern is how white the sebea is, I don't know if it is bleached or it if it is normal. the sebea is white with purple tips.

Run away from white sebea anemones, they are bleached, and that isn't normal.

If you are having nitrate issues, I would address that first, and a big anemone will just make it worse.
