Will Picasso host with LT nem?

My pair of ORA picasso has been in the tank more than two months. the LTA has been introduced into the tank about 3 weeks ago. however, the pair don't seems to care for it at all. I don't know if it even know it's there.

also, the pair seems to pick on each other a lot. are they just playing or signs of aggressions?

Thanks

The aggression you are seeing is just them pairing up. The more dominant fish will become a female while the more submissive fish will become a male. Totally normal with new pairs of clowns.

As far as them choosing a host goes, that all depends. Sometimes they will take an anemone as a host other times they do not feel the need for protection. IME its always taken some time for my tank raised clowns to take a host.

Perc's will often go into LTA's in time. Just be patient. Right now their probably more concerned with feuding with each other. Once they settle down, they'll probably start looking for a home.
